The creature in a painting

A painting of this spike-backed creature was observed by an Enterprise NX-01 away team on the wall of a 4,000-year-old building on an unnamed planet. It was in the same scene as a humanoid, suggesting that they coexisted. (ENT: "Vanishing Point")

The creature looks a bit like certain dinosaurs of the family Stegosauridae.

Kyrian museum exhibits

These non-humanoids were on display at the Museum of Kyrian Heritage, circa 3074. (VOY: "Living Witness")

M-113 carving lifeforms

The ruins on the planet M-113 contained sculptures depicting a diverse range of creatures. (TOS: "The Man Trap")

Sarpeidon ice age animals

These animals were the source of Zarabeth's food and clothing. Spock ate some of the animal flesh when he was stranded on Sarpeidon with Leonard McCoy. (TOS: "All Our Yesterdays")
