Blue concoction

This unnamed drink, known for its blue color, was served at the Blue Parrot Café on Sarona VIII in 2364. (TNG: "We'll Always Have Paris")

Lal's list

Lal had been programmed with a list of fourteen hundred and twelve known beverages. (TNG: "The Offspring")

This experimental blend, made from anthraxic citrus peel, orange juice and just a hint of papalla seed extract, was created by Neelix in early 2373.

Ensign Golwat thought it was delicious, and had a second glass despite never having seconds. Tuvok, despite early skepticism, also called it "impressive". (VOY: "Flashback")

Elim Garak and Enabran Tain shared a glass of a orange Romulan drink in 2371 while on board a Romulan Warbird. Tain wasn't very fond of it. (DS9: "The Die is Cast")

Steth, while posing as Tom Paris, tried some alien beverages, only a few of which he claimed were alcoholic. Kathryn Janeway later noted that five were. (VOY: "Vis à Vis")

This green drink was a beverage that consisted of 87% Saurian brandy, as well as unknown amounts of targ milk and Denevian mead.

Guinan heard about the concoction once on Prakal II and found it to be wonderful. She mixed this drink for Data in 2367 in order to obtain a second opinion. Aside from stating its ingredients, he noted that it had an unusually high concentration of fructose compounds and monosaccharides, which Guinan interpreted to mean that he found the drink "too sweet." (TNG: "In Theory")
