Autarch

The autarch of the Tzenkethi was leader of the planet Tzenketh.

According to a claim made in 2371 by Ambassador Krajensky that the autarch had apparently been overthrown by a coup d'etat, Benjamin Sisko was pleased, saying that "I doubt anyone is going to miss the Autarch". The coup was later revealed to have been a Dominion deception. (DS9: "The Adversary")

This autarch was only mentioned in dialogue.
The autarch of the 2380s debuts in the novel Rough Beasts of Empire, in which the character is a male Tzenkethi named Korzenten Rej Tov-AA.
A different interpretation of the Tzenkethi is used in the third arc of the Star Trek comic series, in which the autarch of the 2370s is a female triceratops-style Tzenkethi named Poliko Autarch Xio Tzenketh.
