The ruler of Troyius was going to be married to Elaan, who was less than thrilled at the prospect, stating that she would "not be given to a green pig as a bribe to stop a war." (TOS: "Elaan of Troyius")

This Troyian was only mentioned in dialogue.
The novel Firestorm gives his name as Bejas, while the RPG sourcebook The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge calls him Cosalthan II. The mirror universe-set novel The Sorrows of Empire calls him Hakil (β).
