Bio-ship in Borg debris

In 2373, USS Voyager discovered this bio-ship within a debris field left by a battle in which Species 8472 destroyed fifteen Borg cubes. The ship was regenerating from damage caused by Borg disruptor fire, and had "dissolved" its way into a chunk of still-habitable debris.

A Voyager away team found a Borg drone attempting unsuccessfully to assimilate the material of the bio-ship. They briefly investigated the bio-ship's interior before being driven off by the Species 8472 pilot. The bio-ship subsequently became active and fired on Voyager, causing moderate damage before Voyager escaped. (VOY: "Scorpion")

Over 133 bio-ships were detected by Voyager in 2373, emerging from a string of quantum singularities in the region of space nicknamed the "Northwest Passage". (VOY: "Scorpion")

Bio-ships attacking Borg planet

These eight bio-ships, along with a Species 8472 energy focusing ship, emerged from a quantum singularity in 2374 while Voyager was engaged in negotiations with the Borg Collective. The first bio-ship fired on the Borg cube hosting Captain Kathryn Janeway. All eight ships then linked their firepower with the energy focusing ship and destroyed a nearby Borg planet. Bio-ship attacking Seven of Nine's cube

In 2374, this bio-ship, at warp, attacked the Borg cube where Seven of Nine and Voyager personnel were collaborating to develop bio-molecular warheads.
