Victims of the Burn

At least four ships of the class were lost to the Burn in c. 3069. When dilithium spontaneously became inert, these vessels lost antimatter containment and exploded. (DIS: "People of Earth")

Sustaining Federation Headquarters (3189)

When the USS Discovery first found Federation Headquarters in 3189, at least one Friendship-class starship supported the cloaking field. (DIS: "Die Trying")

Right-middle, as Discovery approaches HQ

This ship, or another of this class, was nearby while Discovery was undergoing refit and having its warp nacelles disconnected. (DIS: "Scavengers")

The USS Yang and another Friendship-class starship was within the Federation Headquarters cloaking field when Osyraa was able to enter it aboard Discovery, and participated in the Battle at Federation Headquarters with Osyraa (commanding Discovery.) This ship later participated in the flotilla that welcomed Discovery back to Federation Headquarters after defeating Osyraa. (DIS: "That Hope Is You, Part 2")

Although not seen in "There Is A Tide...", this ship was likely already within the field during those events.

Docked at Federation Headquarters (3190)

A ship of this class was present at Federation Headquarters when Fleet Admiral Charles Vance watched Commander Nalas' distress call, and Discovery spore jumped to Deep Space Repair Beta Six in 3190. (DIS: "Kobayashi Maru")

This ship or another of this class was present at Federation Headquarters during a briefing on the Dark Matter Anomaly in 3190. (DIS: "Anomaly (DIS)")

Two ships of this class were present following the return of UFP-11 and Sylvia Tilly's team from Kokytos. (DIS: "All Is Possible")

33rd century

In the 33rd century, two or more starships of this class participated in a ceremonial honor-formation at Federation Headquarters for the launch of Zora on Discovery's Red Directive mission. (DIS: "Life, Itself")
