In 2380, this individual served as the captain of the Clicket ship Tweerk. During that year, he and Captain Carol Freeman of the USS Cerritos had a heated exchange due to a miscommunication over Freeman expressing gratitude for receiving a map of the Romulan Neutral Zone from him. (LD: "Veritas")

This captain was voiced by Kenneth Mitchell.
Although the character was not named in the episode, the Star Trek Adventures - Lower Decks Campaign Guide identifies him as Captain Seartave.
