(DIS: "...But to Connect")

In 3191, this delegate also participated in the Millennium Celebration at Federation Headquarters. (DIS: "Red Directive")

The delegate was played by Lizz Porter, who did not receive an on-screen credit for the role. She wore the same attire she wore in her previous appearance as this species in "That Hope Is You, Part 1".
