Ultima Thule
Ultima Thule was an inhabited planet located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant. This planet was the location of a dolamide purification plant. Ultima Thule was the last stop on the route taken by Valerian traders supplying weapons-grade dolamide to the Cardassians during the Occupation of Bajor.
The Valerian transport Sherval Das visited the Ultima Thule station in 2369 a week prior to docking at Deep Space 9, suggesting that they were carrying dolamide. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")

According to the script, the pronunciation for Ultima Thule was "ULL-tih-muh THOOL".
Ultima Thule is a Latin term that in the classic world denoted a place beyond the borders of the known world, typically in the far north as "Thule" (not to be confused with Thule) denoted a northernmost location of uncertain identification. It is also a nickname for the Kuiper belt object 486958 Arrokoth.
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 46) and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library ("Federation Historical Highlights, 2161-2385"), there was a star system named Ultima Thule, in which this planet might possibly have been located, in the Alpha Quadrant. It was a binary system with an A-class star and an F-class star.
