USS Voyager (NCC-74656-B)

The USS Voyager (NCC-74656-B) was a Pathfinder-class starship operated by Starfleet by 2401. It was the third Federation starship to bear the name Voyager with this registry.

Information regarding the Voyager-B appeared in the results of a search made by Raffaela Musiker on the La Sirena shortly before the terrorist attack on M'talas Prime. (PIC: "The Next Generation")

This starship was only mentioned in writing.
This ship's class was identified by Production Designer Dave Blass, who also provided further confirmation of name and registry. [1]
