The USS Quiele was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.

In 2369, the Quiele was named on the chart "Sector Ipai Relay Log – Relay Message Flow 1293" in Relay Station 47 Ops. This ship, in Sector 8912, sent a message on Commnet Ten via an open channel. The ship's next mission was a refit at Starbase 4112. (TNG: "Aquiel" production art)

Later that year, the Quiele was again named on the chart "Sector Ipai Relay Log – Relay Message Flow 1293" on Ohniaka III Research Station Ops. (TNG: "Descent", production art)
