UFP-05, also known as Shuttle 5, was a 32nd century Federation shuttlecraft operated by Starfleet.

In 3190, over the public address system at Federation Headquarters, several Starfleet Academy cadets were ordered to report to this shuttle for immediate departure. (DIS: "All Is Possible")
