The United Earth charter was a document that was utilized by United Earth.

In 3189, when the USS Discovery approached Earth, they were warned by United Earth Defense Force officer Captain Ndoye that they had violated regulations C1922 and F031 of the UE charter by reaching Earth's perimeter. (DIS: "People of Earth")
