Tulox shifter

A tulox shifter was an engineering tool used aboard the USS Cerritos.

When Chief Engineer Andy Billups began to insult the duplicate Doopler emissaries that were in main engineering, he said, the emissary didn't know the difference between a tulox shifter and a reecon converter. (LD: "An Embarrassment Of Dooplers")
