Tom Holleron played a Section 31 operative in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine seventh season episode "Extreme Measures".

In 1981, he starred as a model in Looker, starring James Coburn and Leigh Taylor-Young, with Barry Jenner. He also appeared in the film Spinnin' Wheels (1976).
