Todd

Ensign Todd was a Human who served as a Starfleet operations division security officer on the USS Enterprise during the mid-23rd century.

In 2259, Todd was among the landing party sent to investigate the fate of the Federation colony on Finibus III, which had been entirely depopulated following a Gorn attack. There, he was startled by a dog that had been abandoned in one of the buildings, to the amusement of his comrades. (SNW: "Memento Mori")

Todd was played by Atticus Mitchell.
His name was not mentioned onscreen, but was given in closed captioning and ending credits.
