Timothy McNeil (born 1958; age ~67) is the actor who played Telsian Miner #2 in the Star Trek: Voyager sixth season episode "Live Fast and Prosper".

In 1997 he appeared as an arguing expert opposite Julianna McCarthy in Starship Troopers, which also featured Dina Meyer, Clancy Brown, Matt E. Levin, Blake Lindsley, Brenda Strong, Lenore Kasdorf, Tami-Adrian George, Christopher Curry, Bruce Gray, Teo Smoot, Stephanie Erb, Greg Bronson, Brian Tochi, Azalea Davila, Betty Hankins, and Whitney Hall.
