Timothy "Tim" Jones is a hair stylist worked on several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. In 1999 he received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series for the episode "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang" which he shared with Norma Lee, Brian A. Tunstall, Gloria Pasqua Casny, Rebecca De Morrio, Laura Connolly, Lauren Upshaw, Frank Fontaine, Susan Zietlow-Maust, Angela Gurule, Gloria Ponce, Virginia Grobeson, and Linda Sharp.

Also in 1999 he received a second Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special for his work on the television drama And the Beat Goes On: The Sonny and Cher Story. The following year he won a Hollywood Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Guild Award for Best Period Hair Styling – Television (for a Mini-Series or Movie of the Week) for this television feature.

Other projects on which he worked as hair stylist include Knight Rider (1982, with Ora T. Green) and Falcon Crest (1983-1984), the television comedy Thanksgiving Day (1990), Out on a Limb (1992, with Shirley Dolle), Alien Nation: Dark Horizon (1994, with Danny Valencia, Zoltan Elek, Edouard F.
