The Risa Bar was a bar on the Cosmic Duchess named for the resort planet Risa. It was located in a biome with artificial sunlight, which was programmed to know when guests had been sufficiently tanned.

By 2382, the AWOL admiral Milius had charged a few hundred Salurian Coladas to a tab at the bar; a fact which aided Starfleet in tracking Milius. (LD: "The Best Exotic Nanite Hotel")
