Teplan (star)

Teplan was the primary of the Teplan system in the Gamma Quadrant.

Before his death in the early 2370s, on the Teplan homeworld, the husband of Ekoria painted a wall mural which included a depiction of their sun. (DS9: "The Quickening")

The star was not named in the episode; rather, the name came from StarTrek.com. [1](X)
According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 75), Teplan was an A-class star.
