Tennyson was a Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Cerritos in the medical division in 2381.

When Ensign D'Vana Tendi was being transferred out of sickbay, Ensign Sam Rutherford consulted a medical crew roster that included Tennyson, but confirmed that Tendi had been removed. (LD: "First First Contact")
