Real world article
(written from a production point of view)

Taylor Publishing Company is a book manufacturer specializing in yearbooks and specialty printing that occasionally operated as a general book publisher. In 1998 it published Walter Koenig's autobiography Warped Factors.

In 2000, Taylor Publishing Company was sold to private investment group Castle Harlan, at which time its trade book operation was described as publishing "about 35 titles annually." [1] Castle Harlan folded it into American Achievement Corporation, its holding comprising businesses related to high school and college markets, which it sold in 2004 to private equity firm Fenway Partners. [2] In 2021, a new investor group led by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management became American Achievement's majority equity holder and rebranded the company as Balfour & Co. [3]

This company is unrelated to the publishing services company Taylor Publishing Group founded in 2020.
