Tartarus Base was a Terran Empire installation in the mirror universe during the 24th century.

On stardate 32336.6, the ISS Enterprise was docked at Tartarus Base, where it received a dedication plaque which detailed its new mission to deliver its complement of refugees to the prime universe. (DIS: "Mirrors")

This base was only mentioned in writing.
