Tanugan law

Tanugan law was the legal system of Tanuga IV.

According to Tanugan law, hearsay evidence was admissible in a case where one of the parties whose conversation was being related was dead. Tayna was therefore allowed to testify to what Dr. Nel Apgar said to her about William T. Riker's interactions with Manua Apgar. (TNG: "A Matter of Perspective")
