The Tank of Contempt

The Tank of Contempt was an aquarium filled with water containing eels, which was used by the people of K'Tuevon Prime. In 2380, it was used by Imperium Magistrate Clar during his party, which was in celebration of his rescue from the Romulans by the crew of the USS Cerritos.

When the lower deckers of the Cerritos were viewed to be in contempt of his questions, he had them lowered into the tank. He eventually freed them when he realized that they had no idea what was going on, and they were under the incorrect (though fairly logical) assumption that the senior officers were on trial.
