Talos IV was a once-inhabited planet home to the Talosians, a telepathic humanoid species, as well as the singing plants.

After the Talosians attempted to deceive Philippa Georgiou with their telepathic abilities, she "blew" the Talosians and their singing plants "off the face of their planet." (DIS: "If Memory Serves")

The planet was not seen or named in the episode.
