Talavian

The Talavians were a space-faring civilization. Captain Livara, a Romulan spy, posed as a Talavian smuggler operating in the Bajoran sector in 2367. (DS9: "Things Past")

The Talavians operated freighters. At least one freighter visited Deep Space 9 in the 2370s. (DS9: "The Darkness and the Light")

Several Talavians characters appear in Tunnel Through the Stars, where they are described as a yellow-skinned race.
According to StarTrek.com, the presumed name of the Talavian homeworld was Talavia. [1](X)
Since a Romulan was able to pose as a Talavian, they are presumably humanoid.
