Takenta

Takenta was a Tyran technician who worked under Doctor Farallon on her particle fountain technology during the 2360s.

In 2369, he was working aboard the Tyrus VIIA station in orbit of Tyrus VIIA. When the experiment failed and most of the station's crew and the crew of the USS Enterprise-D were beamed back to the Enterprise-D, Farallon noted that Takenta was missing. Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge went back to search for him but only found his dead body. (TNG: "The Quality of Life")
