Taco salad was a type of salad originating from Texas on Earth. It contained the same ingredients as a taco, but was served in a fried tortilla bowl.

In 2380, Ensign D'Vana Tendi used the replicator in the USS Cerritos' mess hall to order a taco salad for herself. (LD: "Terminal Provocations")

In 2381, Ensign Beckett Mariner had a taco salad during the Cerritos' journey to the Kontaran system. (LD: "wej Duj")
