Swati Kapila (born 26 November 1985; age 39) is an actress who played a Starfleet admiral (credited as "Decorated Officer") in the Star Trek: Picard second season episode "The Star Gazer".

She was born in India, but raised in Jupiter, Florida, USA. She appeared in shows such as The Big Bang Theory and Blunt Talk (starring Patrick Stewart).
