Sutok's species were spacefaring humanoids who inhabited the Delta Quadrant. This blue-skinned species physically resembled the Botha in appearance.

Three members of this species were encountered by Neelix near the Nekrit Expanse in 2373. (VOY: "Fair Trade")

The makeup for this species was almost identical as the Botha, with the major difference being a modification of the skin-color and nose prosthetic.
