Surveillance report

A surveillance report was a type of report on an individual or group who was being monitored.

While linked to Luther Sloan's mind in 2375, Julian Bashir, who was more concerned with gathering medical knowledge at the time, set aside a surveillance report on Jaresh-Inyo. The report mentioned the Section 31 operative in his cabinet. (DS9: "Extreme Measures")
