Surgo-record

Surgo-records were Aquan historical records of those who had undergone the surgo-op procedure.

According to Domar (as of 2269), there was no instance listed in the surgo-records of any non-Aquans having undergone this form of mutation. (TAS: "The Ambergris Element").
