Sully

Sully was a member of Starfleet who was stationed on Ajilon Prime in 2373.

In that year, during the Battle of Ajilon Prime, Sully was shot in the leg by the invading Klingons and taken off the front line by the field medics. An ensign later recounted to Jake Sisko about seeing Sully get shot and wishing he had been shot instead so he wouldn't have to fight. It prompted the ensign to shoot himself in the foot instinctively, thereby removing him from the fighting. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")
