Stephen Parr (24 August 1947–20 February 2025; age 77) was the actor who played the Valerian captain in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine first season episode "Dramatis Personae".

Other notable television appearance include guest roles in Cheers (with Kirstie Alley and Kelsey Grammer), Pee-Wee's Playhouse, and Hart to Hart.
