Stephen B. Rappaport (sometimes credited as Stephen Rappaport) is the actor who played Motura in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Phage".

He guest starred on NYPD Blue (1997, starring Gordon Clapp and Sharon Lawrence, with Dylan Haggerty) and Brooklyn South (1998, starring James B. Sikking and Titus Welliver, with Jack Blessing and Jennifer Hetrick).
