The Starfleet Mission Archives Database was a database maintained by Starfleet Command which contained data regarding its mission operations.

The USS Enterprise-D accessed this database in order to gain more information on the USS Intrepid's records when it responded to a distress call from the Klingon colony on Khitomer in 2346. (TNG: "Sins of The Father")
