Starbase 416

Starbase 416, abbreviated as SB416, was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet. This starbase was on a planet in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

In 2367, Starbase 416 had a medical facility capable of treating victims of cove palm parasite. In that year, the USS Enterprise-D rushed to this starbase in order to treat young Willie Potts, who had accidentally ingested the cove palm fruit while on Ogus II. (TNG: "Brothers")
