Starbase 41 was a Federation starbase in operation during the late-24th century.

In 2370, the USS Nash departed Starbase 41 to transport Doctor Julian Bashir and Trill initiate Arjin to Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Playing God")

This starbase was only mentioned in dialogue.
