Starbase 14

Starbase 14, abbreviated SB14, was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet. The starbase was located in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

The response to an outbreak of a deadly plague on Styris IV was coordinated from here in 2364. It monitored the advance of the plague and liaised with the USS Enterprise-D, which was attempting to obtain a vaccine from Ligon II. (TNG: "Code of Honor")

Apocrypha

In Marvel TOS: "Experiment in Vengeance!", Starbase 14 was the destination of USS Endeavour when it went missing circa the 2250s. It was also the destination of the USS Enterprise in "Year Four, Issue 2".
