Starbase 121

Starbase 121, abbreviated as SB121, was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet. This starbase was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.

The USS Enterprise-D visited Starbase 121 in 2366 for a complete systems and bio-decontamination, following a serious invidium contamination. (TNG: "Hollow Pursuits")

This starbase was only mentioned in dialogue.
