Starbase 118

Starbase 118 was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet.

In 2369, a few weeks after the rendezvous with the USS Biko, the USS Enterprise-D was supposed to receive several new crewmembers from Starbase 118. Captain Jean-Luc Picard suggested to Lieutenant Worf that he wait until they were on board before performing any ship-wide security drills. (TNG: "A Fistful of Datas")

This starbase was only mentioned in dialogue.
