Starbase 103

Starbase 103, abbreviated as SB103, was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet. Located in the Alpha Quadrant, this was the nearest starbase to the Lorenze Cluster and its planet Minos.

After Lieutenant Geordi La Forge ordered a saucer separation following an attack on the USS Enterprise-D by the automated weapons drones in orbit of Minos, he instructed the saucer section to head to Starbase 103. (TNG: "The Arsenal of Freedom")

This starbase was only mentioned in dialogue.
The quadrant of origin for this starbase was inferred from the placement of the Lorenze Cluster in the Alpha Quadrant in Star Trek: Section 31.
