Star Trek Generations (LaserDisc)
Star Trek Generations was the LaserDisc release of Star Trek Generations. Released as a two disc set in the US and Japan, Europe only had a single disc.
Releases
Released in the US as standalone pan and scan and widescreen copies, and as part of the box set Star Trek - The Movie Voyages in 1995, it was also released in Europe and Hong Kong the same year. Japan got a copy the following year, with a bilingual version coming out in 1997. A release also took place at some unknown time in Taiwan. The standard American release is the first film in the franchise to have a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack on any format. The Japanese subtitled release has a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, while the bilingual release doesn't.
Chapters
Like most LaserDiscs, the film has been sectioned into chapters, similar to tracks on a CD. The titles of these chapters are listed below.
