Star Trek: Leonard McCoy, Frontier Doctor is a comic book miniseries from IDW Publishing. Written and illustrated by John Byrne, the four-issue series is set between the end of Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

A trade paperback collection of the series was released on 27 October 2010.
