South Philly

South Philly was the nickname of a neighborhood located on the south side of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America on Earth (aka South Philadelphia).

In the Bashir 62 holoprogram, Vic Fontaine and Frank Chalmers lived in south Philadelphia. Vic often beat Frankie in games of stickball there, leading to a lifelong rivalry between them. When Frank found Vic in Las Vegas, years later, he stated, "we're a long way from South Philly, ain't we Vic?" (DS9: "Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang")
