Sonni Cooper (born 9 July 1934; age 91) is a New Mexico-based author and illustrator who wrote the Pocket TOS novel Black Fire published in 1983.

She was also a founder of the William Shatner Fan Fellowship, a William Shatner fan club that was active from 1979 to 1981.
