The Son'a Empire was an empire established by the Son'a in an alternate timeline.

It was speculated by the Confederation of Earth that this empire could have been one of the sources for the disruptor rifles wielded by the Zhat Vash in their fight against the Confederation Corps after the fall of Romulus. (PIC: "Penance")

Information on this empire came from a sign accompanying the Zhat Vash disruptor rifle. This display was seen in the library of General Jean-Luc Picard.
