Simon Spotlight is a publishing imprint of Simon & Schuster devoted to licensed properties, brands, and series primarily aimed at younger readers. The imprint houses Simon & Schuster's "Ready-to-Read" program.

The imprint released four books in the Star Trek: Starfleet Academy series based on Star Trek.

On 18 August 2022, two new tie-in books to Star Trek: Prodigy, Supernova and A Dangerous Trade, were announced with planned publication in January 2023. [1]
