Shawn Pereira is an actor, model, and singer who appeared as a Section 31 operative in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "Inquisition". He received no credit for this appearance but was identified by his costume which was later also worn by actor Eric Pierpoint in Star Trek: Enterprise and sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. In 1992, Pereira decided to start modeling and booked his first national commercial print job for Miller Beer. He later worked as commercial model/actor for Crystal Lite, Tag Heuer, Diet Coke, and Ralph Lauren Polo Sport and was featured on covers of the magazines Verge and Men's Fitness. Other acting work includes the comedy Hotties (2004) and the short drama Ouroboros (2015).

With music always being a part of his life, Pereira has started to write his own songs in 2001. He collaborated with the French DJs and producers Mr Luke and Nicolas Saad and they recorded music and albums together. In 2018 they released the #1 iTunes French dance charts hit Love & Sunshine. [2]
